You're here because you know deep down that birth gets to feel precious and sacred, however that might look for you and your family. You know your family deserve truly personalised support, continuity of carer (not just any, but someone you get to choose!) and the all-round glowing reverence for birth that our current maternity system isn't able to provide, and you know how influential those elements are to the way your baby will be welcomed into your arms.

Imagine feeling safely held, celebrated and so empowered at the centre of your experience; feeling absolutely elated and overwhelmed with a pride in yourself you've never known before, radiating joy with your new baby after completing the ultimate joint effort together. I experienced this for myself and it changed me forever, and so Hello Earth too was born.

My approach is kind, honest and good humoured, because we all know some moments are laugh or cry! Wherever you are at, I'll meet you there, to validate your feelings, hold your hand through the foggy misinformation and hormonal ups and downs, or to help give you resolve to trust yourself when you need it.

Think of me as your holistic, straight-talking cheerleader, reminding you how powerful and capable you are, just in case you forget.
